A pianist shaped by Saint Petersburg Conservatory tradition and three decades on international stages — from concert halls across Europe to two decades teaching and performing in Mexico, carrying both inherited discipline and a composer's restless curiosity.

Alexander Pashkov was born on July 3rd, 1974. Involved in music since his childhood under direction of the father, the pianist and teacher Alexander Vasilevich Pashkov. He began his studies at the Conservatory of Saint Petersburg at age fourteen, trained in both piano and composition.
He has performed across concert halls like Switzerland, France, Spain, and Portugal, and for two decades has taught and performed at the Conservatorio de Las Rosas in Morelia, the oldest conservatory in the Americas. In 2013, he gave the world premiere of several Philip Glass piano etudes alongside the composer himself.
